Great summary James! It reminds me that building a plan and executing it over extended time are two different things.

On my end we usually organize different review sessions. Like weekly review of objectives/KPIs/KRs (internal for the team), monthly summary of the same (more external) and also review of the strategy itself to see if it's still valid and what should be adjusted. I tend to create strategies in visual forms, usually with FigJam or Miro boards.

In general, overcommunication is the key (esp. in today's remote-oriented organizations.). :)

I definitely agree. I don't think we talk enough about organisational values either. Some people can recall them, some people can name one or two, but do people think they're living them every day....??
